My mysterious sciatic-type pain has been acting up the last few days. I am still worried that something is fatally amiss. But, realistically this has been going on for 3 years and I am still very much alive.
On a side note - I suspect that I need thousands of dollars of dental work. Now, I would hate to spend thousands of dollars on teeth only to find out that these mysterious pains were serious and I should be looking into top notch hospice care.
So, the dilemma - do I get my teeth fixed and hope for the best. Or have another go at trying to run down the pain? And if nothing fatal is found - then have the teeth fixed?
Sort of toying with the idea of taking my aging body to India or Singapore. Have the testing done there and if the news satisfactory - get the teeth fixed as well. That would be cheaper. I have very marginal health insurance and no dental coverage.
Also, I don't look forward to another 6 months of going from doctor to doctor and test to test. I'd just like to check myself in some where and get the testing over with and answers provided. Like in the good old days.
Getting old is a full time job.
