nasty looking bug

Things are looking pretty bleak. Floyd Landis used illegal drugs and is now lying about it. France and the United States reached agreement to halt the fighting in Lebanon. Even the Republican Party seems to be admitting that global warming exists and the Iraq might descend into civil war. Things are so bad the BushBoy is cutting his vacation to only 10 days. And it is Pledge Weeks again on PBS.

Think I'll open a bottle of cheap wine and listen to The Dead on the iPod. Gosh, I am a fine senior citizen role model for the younger generation. Grandmothers are supposed to drink tea and listen to Lawrence Welk. But, I guess the young folk consider The Dead the 21st century version of Lawrence Welk.
