carlton's xmas present
Did my annual xmas present for Carlton. A spreadsheet. Every year I make him a spreadsheet showing all his worldly goods and projected incomes and outgoes. Suffice it to say that Mr C is not down to two loaves. This will be the only present he gets from me all year long. It is a heck of a lot easier than knitting him a sweater!
Okay - it is time set up my charitable fund. But, I have a little problem.
Where to get the money to start it - not a problem - appreciated stock. Who
to give the money too - not a problem - that can wait. No the
problem is "What to call the fund?" Not the Bethany/Combs fund. Not the Bethany
Fund. Not the Durham Fund. No, it has to have a good name. In any language. English,
Cajun, Latin, Tex-Mex. 40 letters, numbers, spaces. Send suggestions. "The
Tumbleweed Fund" in honor of our scruffy family tree? Nobody is Promised
Tomorrow - if it is good enough for my iPod - why not for my fund? The Cheap
Ass Fund - in honor of MomIda and Carlton whose frugal ways made the fund
possible? Send ideas!
