Christmas Hula Show at Palace today - with a little dinner after.
You know, I really wishI could be a lady. Wear a white dress. But it is too late for me. You have to learn lady early. When I was taking this picture - I spied a guy with a huge camera, at the Palace seawall.
EOS 1 - 600mm glass. Professional surfing photographer. Enough hula show for this unlady like person! The Panasonic FX01 and I settle in beside the pro. (Note to photo fans. He shoots RAW, deletes the trash, adds location and copyright meta data. The magazine processes the RAW images.)
Nothing to show off - but not too shabby for a $200 camera. It is very rare to have a professional surfing photog in Kona. It is very rare to have surf in Kailua Bay.
