Where have I been for the last week? Playing with the new camera that is where I have been.
Noticed in the paper today that some Japanese politician hung himself because of a political scandal. Wonder if Alberto has sent his seppuku knife out for sharpening?
Spent the last three days surrounded by motorcycles. Went to Rolling Thunder. The saddest thing. The Gold Star Mothers. As in years past - they were on the back of a truck, and some very old ones in a small bus. But, for the first time - there were Gold Star Mothers on their own bikes or on the back of a bike.
Every grave at Arlington has a flag placed on it on Memorial Day. I wonder where the flags were made? I guess Arlington bought them from the lowest bidder.
