best eel so far

Finally have myself organized enough to do some real cooking today.

Nuked yellow fin tuna with a little mustard and pineapple juice. Made a sauce from a seriously over ripe avocado and some pineapple salsa.Also rice and some of that pineapple.

And for dinner we'll be having turkey wraps. plus pineapple and avocado. I frequently cook our main meal mid-day.

Sea too unsettled for photos today. The eel is from yesterday.
