Today is Carlton't birthday. He is 74. Take a moment to study the old snap shot. Notice the white pillars. Notice the uniformed black lady. Think this is proof that Carlton is a true Son of the Confederacy. But, it is getting over it. He just finished reading a biography of Ted Kennedy.
I have upped my exercise routine. I added 20 minutes a day of stair climbing. Boring. But, the blood pressure is going in the right direction. Don't know if I can get it down of OK. But, I know I can get it down low enough so when I do go to the doctor - they don't send me directly to the Emergency Department.
Oh, for Carlton's birthday feast, we are having turkey and cheese sandwiches. And maybe a baked apple.
