Our "daily ferry" to and from Juneau is out of
action until July 5th. A friend asked "Do we have to
swim?". Well, not exactly - we can still take the North-South
ferry - which is almost daily. Or we can take the ever exciting
"SkagAir". (they have a website www.skagwayair.com
)
Don, our trusty pilot stuffs the passengers
(all 5 of us - a full load) into the single engine plane.
Since we filled the plane up; our luggage came on a second
plane that followed us.
After about 30 minutes - Skagway appears out
the window.
