Congressmen and Dogs first.
Here's to our USPS employees. The only thing I used to fear
from the mail was a letter from the IRS that begins "Please report to
our local office and bring all your records". Nothing but the best for
our postal workers. They got taken care of right after the Capital Hill Police
Dogs.
If
the terrorists are behind this anthrax thing - I fear it is just a decoy to
hide what they are really up to.
