Very strange - it is almost like "they"
are preparing us for a "dirty bomb" attack.
The Washington Post had this helpful little map in
today's issue. I suppose if I hear that a "nuclear device"
has gone off downtown - I am supposed to determine if it is cesium
or cobalt. And check the wind direction. Then kiss my ass good-bye.
