The sniper got another this morning. The shootings
have all been near the Interstates and beltway. We are not near
those and traffic is so bad in our 'hood that you would never be
able to get away. So, I am feeling pretty safe.
Last October we were afraid to go to the mailbox -
this October we are afraid to go to the gas station.
Carlton says he would take $250,000 for the house.
And he would give me the extra $50,000.
