Sort of in a funk today. Mom goes to see one of her
doctors tomorrow. I hope that he doesn't get her all upset.
Funny El Paso story. James said that while he was
there there was an attempted train robbery. That is train robbery
as in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Even funnier thing. Only
James was amazed. Seems that trains get robbed all the time in El
Paso. James says that El Paso is stuck in the 1970's. Maybe he missed
it by 100 years. Maybe El Paso is stuck in the 1870's.
Old time liberal democrat that I am... I am not pleased
with the outcome of the recent election. The only good news is that
two years from now the resulting mess can rest on the republicans.
Hopefully, between now and then a democrat of some stature will
appear.
