Another cold rainy day. It reminds me of a summer day in Southeast
Alaska. Short, sandals, wool socks and a fleece pullover.
The Bendix G15 - first computer I ever programmed. What you have
up here is the deluxe configuration - complete with a tape drive.
I think the Smithsonian has it on display because it of its color
- bright turquoise. Carlton asked when was it made; or 1956 or so
says I. That's 50 years old says he. Damn, that was a long time
ago. I must be old.
