basic food groups of the colonoscopy diet - 11.23.03

Went out and got the "permitted" items on the pre-colonoscopy diet. Jello is also a permitted item. But I hate Jello. None too fond of these items either. "Mounain Roar" - love the name - is generic Mountain Dew. Hopefully, it will supply enough caffine to keep me from going into withdrawal.

On a British web site - they included "alcoholic beverages" on their pre-colonoscopy diet. God Save the Queen.

My Personal Terror Level was at Orange or High yesterday. Today it is just Yellow or Elevated. It isn't the process that concerns me - it is the outcome.
