On the health front - went back to doctor today. Blood pressure too high, white cell count too high, red cell count too low. Other than that - I am fine. Actually, I feel pretty good. Result. New blood pressure pills. Come back in 3 weeks and get the blood checked again. So, will enjoy feeling good and worry about tomorrow in 3 weeks. With luck the blood pressure will respond to the new pills and the blood chemistry will self correct.

Puttered around checking out the very sturdy and intermarried Combs Family Tree some more today. I found the alleged Confederate Uncle of died at Sharpsburg/Antietam. Does this mean Carlton can apply for membership in the Sons of Confederate Veterans? Horrors. Found that the Combs family in exciting Russell County Virginia had their share of slaves. Not hundreds. But a dozen here and a couple there.
