best picture - winter 2006

The network and the computers were all working today - so, I copied the pictures over to the big computer. This wins the "Best Picture" award.

Now that I am officially "OLD" - I am not going to eat low fat yogurt anymore. I can understand why the Senior Prez Bush refused to eat broccoli. Today we had steak and potatoes for lunch - with salad and real hi-fat dressing. Oh yes, I am still going to eat yogurt. I like yogurt. Today I stocked up on good old fashioned whole milk yogurts.

I have been thinking about the "For Dummies..." series of books. There seems to be over 1,300 titles like "Chemotherapy and Radiation For Dummies", "Depression For Dummies" and for me - the insomnia queen - "Sleep Disorders For Dummies". There is no "Old Age for Dummies". And then there are the "For Complete Idiots..." books.
