ALOHA boys and girls. Spam musubi's, Hilo Creme crackers, lots
of papaya. Liftoff is scheduled for Saturday Jan 12 from National
Airport. This is the first time that the flight was selected for
some reason other than the cheapest possible. Actually paid extra
to fly from the airport of my choice at a civilized hour. If things
were "normal" I would have even sprung for a night in
a hotel on the left coast. Figure that once will be enough getting
our clothes, sports gear, electronic toys through that which we
have agreed to call airport security.
Speaking of which - aren't we glad that the "shoe bomber"
doesn't seem be much brighter than your average rock?
