Ever wonder where really nice fine fluffy soft tropical
sand comes from? Well, the very best sand is Parrot Fish poop. These
fish eat coral. When you are snorkeling you can hear them "crunching".
After they extract all the nutritional value from the coral - it
comes out the back end of the fish in huge clouds of sand. And now
you know - the world's best beaches are constructed of parrot fish
shit.
