We have electricity, phone, cable and no rain. There was even sun. It is chilly, but one does not complain about a cold day in late June in our area.

I went on a scouting trip of apartment areas this morning. I would be quite happy here in the Clarendon area of Arlington. On walk about in the neighborhood, I took about 100 pictures and made Carlton look at every on of them!
