I am on vacation. It is real hard to be on vacation when you are retired and at home. But, never the less, I am on vacation. My kitchen is closed. My newspapers are stopped. I am out taking pictures with the old camera. I have declared myself "on vacation".

Tomorrow we travel to exciting rural Virginia to inspect the new grand kid.

Then we'll come back to Falls Church. Where I will still be "on vacation". Sort of reminds me of Abraham Lincoln's famous question when he heard that George B. McClellan was resting his horses -- "Will you pardon me for asking what the horses of your army have done since the battle of Antietam that fatigues anything?"

But, never mind, I am on vacation. And I am worried about Lance Armstrong. All of the rest of the world is trying to prevent Le Tour de France from becoming another American possession. He is only 15 seconds ahead. That isn't good enough.
