tidal bore - turo - 06.aug.03

Foggy and raining again today. We tried to look a the scenery along the southern coast. But, I was just too foggy. Drove up thru the agricultural area. Because the weather was better. But Nova Scotia cows look a lot like Virginia dairy cows.

Staying in Truro, home of the world famous tidal bore. It was more interesting than the world famous reversing falls in St. John NB. The water did come rushing up the river in a little wave type thing.

It is too bad that we will miss the "Economy Clam Festival" next week end.
