Suffering from an end of summer lazy attack.

Still ignoring the "are we going to move question". Guess I'll figure out everything that needs to be done around the house - figure out what it will cost. Wild ass guess is 20 grand. All new kitchen appliances. (Carlton will not understand. But the burners sill work - why do you need a new stove?) Replace the orange counter tops. (Another problem with Carlton). And get a new sink and garbage disposer at the same time. (Same Carlton issue.) Get the outside of the house stained. Get the plaster repaired and the inside of the house painted. Set aside enough money to take down the trees that are dying.

Maybe - just say screw it - and get a little condo in Honolulu overlooking the harbor.
