charlie - the neighborhood cat - 16.sep.03

Went into the kitchen just now to get a cup of coffee. Saw, Charlie, our neighborhood cat - hard at rest on the patio. Guess he has finished his hurricane preparations!

After a month, our Lady Mantis has gone. I guess she was smart enough to know that a bunch of annual spider plants isn't a good place for an over winter nursery.

Today the doctor told me to get a colonoscopy. That sounds really special. The phone weighs 900 pounds. I haven't been able to pick it up and make and appointment. And how do you know who to pick from the list of "providers"? Why isn't there a Zagats Guide for this? What's a woman to do?
