flounder - 17.apr.2004

We made our last visit to Kahalu'u Beach for some snorkeling today. Just yesterday I said that I hadn't seen a flounder this year. Well, today I found a flounder. In fact I almost stepped on it. Which would have scared both of us.

Trying to figure out why I should go back to DC. I keep remembering that the only reason I left Hawai'i in the 30 years ago was to earn a living. Well, I did that. At the very least I am going to spend more time in places with oceans.

Carlton is working tonight. 350 insurance exec's are coming to dinner at "his" Palace. I'll be happy to stay home and watch the hula contest on tv. Big event in town this weekend is the kick boxing tournament. We have a bunch of noisy looking guests here in the cheap section.
