How did it get to be 2004 already?

Spent the day doing chores, enjoying the nice weather. Funny how chores have changed. One of the chores is still "going to the library". But in 2004 - it is to get "Books on CD" to rip to MP3's. Another chore was going to Harris Teeter (that's a mid-Atlantic grocery chain). I had a coupon for $5 off a $50 order. I was pleased when my order rang up at $50.47.

Basically I spent the day trying to ignore the increasing ugliness that shows up on TV and in the papers.
