My Room - 27.may.2004

OK - It is panic time.

For the last couple of years we have be talking about selling the house and renting a small apartment somewhere.

In our area we are having what can only be called a housing bubble. Housing values seem to be going up at the rate of about 2% a month.

I cheerily said: "I'd be happy to just walk away from all this - house, yard, furniture, pots, pans, clothes. I don't really need all this stuff. Just get me a bunch of money and I am outta here."

Well today we decided to "talk to a realtor".

For now, I'll try to contain my angst to My Room. The pictures don't include the floor to ceiling built in closet unit on the 4th wall. Well, today is almost over. I'll worry about it tomorrow.
