The Underdrawers went into hiding and the Real Estate Lady came.

She said "Oh, your house will sell really easy. And you don't have to do anything. Not even replace the stove with the broken oven. Or the dishwasher that is actually held together with a wire. You will be all ready for an open house if you just put away 99% of your pictures and clean off your coffee table. Oh yes, and get some nice cut flowers."

Now, we have to decide. To sell or stay. Will decide by Tuesday at the latest and then - either way - get on with the rest of our lives.

And, The Underdrawers have returned to their usual location.

I made a little CD for the lady. Carlton and I looked at most of the pictures that I took - they made us say "THIS PLACE IS A DUMP". But, I got about a dozen that looked fine. With no Photoshopping. Figure that Photoshop would be deceptive advertising.
