Counting Chickens Before they Harch?

Day 24 of the Moving Adventure.

According to the Multiple Listing Service our house's status is: CONTINGENT WITH NO KICK OUT (CNTG/NO KO). Whatever that means. I guess I am glad that I am not going to be kicked out.

But, as a result we are anticipating moving on or about August 15 with closing on August 18.
