Japanese Car Radio?

I'll be the first to admit that my Japanese is almost nonexistent. But, I think this is a Panasonic car radio - made for the Japanese market. Never mind that the dials are in English. That's the way they like it - it looks cool. The funny thing is is B-Tube. Which looks like an old time vacuum tube. It seems to be a functioning part of the radio and not just a cool looking decoration. Wish I could read Japanese better! Check it out on the Panasonic Site.

With all this looking at and lusting after techno toys - what have I actually gotten. So far:
