2 spot butterflies from last saturday

The flu virus continues to rage. Still haven't gotten any spots - so it isn't dengue fever. Just flu. Worse than yesterday - but I forgot to take my aspirin - so maybe the aspirin was masking some of the symptoms. Just chugged downa dose of Bayer's finest.

Since I am too fatigued to move and since our room is four floors up - no elevator... I have had lots of time to read obscure old books that I have stashed in my computer for "later" or emergencies. One such volume is on "How to Select a New Pope". It is a long tradition ridden process - the current pope did rewrite the rigmarole.

But, he left this rather macabre part unchanged. When the attending physician declares the pope dead - the pope's aide shouts his given name 3 times and getting no response hits the deceased on the head with a special silver hammer. The aide then uses that same hammer to smash the pope's ring. Now, isn't that special?
