Just realized, if I were still married to the "First Mr Bethany" - this would be my 40 something wedding anniversary. I'll not make it 40 plus years with the "Current Mr Bethany" either!

Escaping from reality today. Noticed that gas was only $3.16 per gallon.

Carlton played lots of tennis. Then watch his college football and tennis on TV.

I went to the farm market and continued my quest for "new improved" clothes. I have banished all floppy jumpers, relax fit jeans and elastic waists from my closet. Oversize shirts and jackets are also scheduled to leave. That's what 23 hours in Paris will do to an old woman. I even had to buy new hangers. There is no place to store the banished clothes. So, they'll be making a one way trip to the Salvation Army.

And, our pool is open this weekend. So, we got in some bonus pool time.

Soon enough we'll return to reality.
