The Menu: Lunch - Sushi from the grocery store. Dinner - Eggs, rice, veggie sausage. And banana bread. I nuked up the eggs, rice, sausage on those interlocking disposable microwave plates. 3 minutes did the trick. Making the eggs sort of "hard boiled" which is how Carlton likes them.
