filefish and threadfin butterfly - 20jan06

Nice calm clear ocean conditions. But, I didn't get any really great fish pictures. There were not many fish around. Did snap this file fish eating a sea urchin. I swam out to where the sea floor drops way off - you swim and the all of a sudden - it ocean opens up. THIS IS F-ING BIG -- is the feeling. Really big fish could be out here. There were no really big fish out there today and there were no other swimmers or divers. So, I turned around and swam back. I know - I could drown just as easy in 6 feet of water as 60 feet - 60 just seems scary.

Where does the government get off wanting my Google searches? Guess it is the same government that wants my library records. What's with library records anyhow? Heck, the Hawaii state library can not even tell me what books I have checked out. The Arlington library could tell me what books I have checked out but they will not.

The Menu: Lunch - Fish and rice with salad. Dinner - Either turkey and avocado sandwiches or ham and eggs with biscuits.
