conger (?) eel - 23jan06

Most of the morning devoted to doing my bookkeeping. Went for a little snorkel run after I finished up. Discovered this eel. I never saw him open his mouth - but if he really is a conger eel - he doesn't have teeth. He would sort of crush his food with his jaws.

The Menu: Lunch - Turkey and avocado sandwich, rice, green beans. Dinner - Leftover turkey stew, pineapple, avocado. On sunday evening I concocted a turkey stew in the microwave. Chopped up a potato and some carrots. Nuked them about five minutes in a little water. Added a packet of "turkey gravy" and some chopped up already cooked turkey. Nuked it a little more. Then added some leftover sour cream. It was, all things considered, an OK turkey stew. Think that canned turkey gravy would have been easier and better. Or a can of mushroom soup. But, we go with what we got.
