Sometimes I get tired of cooking. We had a nice lunch of cold beef with peppers and spinach salad with oranges and sour dough bread today. But, sometimes I still get tired of cooking.

Instead of stuffing the freezer with sandwiches when I go to the dude ranch next month - I'll just leave a collection of MayDay Rations on the counter.
