The new camera did not turn me into a wild life photographer. When pig fly. That is when I’ll make it as a wild life photographer.
I put my four-thirds adapter on the camera and slapped on the Leica zoom lens. The lens works fine. I lost usage of the aperture ring. But, I knew that would happen. Autofocus works fine. Maybe finer than it works on the old L1.
Too windy (from Hurricane Arthur) to photograph bees today. No magnolia showed up. Hence “wildlife”.
Enjoy every sandwich… I’ll be putting out tuna sandwiches about 8PM. Fireworks at 9PM.
Well Peggy your new camera sure produces sharp sharp pictures. The pictures from the previous camera were good but this new baby sure does tighten up the focus. Wishing you and Mr. C a happy happy fourth of July. I intended to watch the fireworks but got distracted and missed them. I did catch the 8 o’clock preliminary which I enjoyed. The only face in the crowd that I recognized was a fleeting glimpse of Steny Hoyer. I am glad to see Mr. C doing what he enjoys, tennis and biking. I still remember the biking we did together on the old railroad that had been converted to that nice bike hike and horse riding trail. As I recall we rode 16 mi. out & 16 back. I still bike, but am not at that level these days. Stay well, be safe, and enjoy. Bob Zee, Dragon voice recognition production
