Someone seems to be trying to escape!
Just finished up a rather boozy zoom kanikapila session with the Hawai’i State Society and some folks in Kealakekua. These things are still a little rough. But, I hope they don’t completely go away when things get back to normal – and remember normal is just a setting on your dryer.
Today I sort of recovered from my latest video project. I must say it was very well received. I feel like I am competing in a different league. Sort of like “Senior Olympics” where old people are patted on the head for being able to walk 2 blocks. But, some teenagers actually approved. And teenagers don’t cut anyone slack.
Took some practice shots in the milkweed today. Waiting for the monarchs to return.
Gratitude
Actually, I am grateful for a lot of things. But, tonight I am grateful that I don’t have to drive home!
In case I get really bored, I have been told that one can come out between 8:30 and 9:30 and watch these flowers open. If I do get that bored, I will make a movie. So you don’t have to get that bored. Or I could figure out how to set my Go Pro off remotely and just let it do the job.
