attack. It has been raining most of today - and I suppose that rain
complicates sniping.
"They" don't seem to be any closer to catching
him. The Defense Dept is going to put some sort of surveillance
aircraft up to watch for gun fire.
Today the ever helpful local media have been giving
us hints about "how to survive" and "how to be a
good witness". Strange advice for us city people is the are
telling us to "avoid well lighted places". And if we hear
shots we should "get down and seek cover" and "ignore
the victim" but "look in the direction of the shot"
and try to find the shooter.
