traffic stop
Went out today. This van had been pulled over. The
red square on the left rear door is a little "OK" tag.
After you get pulled over, you get a "OK" tag - which
might keep you from getting pulled over again.
It must be a real hassle to be a workman who has to
drive around in a white van with ladder racks. Especially since
many of our workmen are marginally documented aliens.
Carlton thinks that this phase of the sniper has ended.
He will be going to the next level of difficulty. Or at least changing
his venue. Like maybe picking off people in townhouse parking lots.
