Last night water started dripping out of the garage ceiling. Turned out it was the A/C leaking. Fortunately the leak was in the garage. No harm done. The repair dude is to come tomorrow. And we are still running the A/C, with a little help from some plastic tubing and big plastic buckets.

I really really like the look and location of those townhouses. But, I fear they cost in the very high six figures or maybe even seven figures. I'll pass.
