14 More Days

Still tired. Moving 2 weeks from today.

• For over ten years I had a whole 3 bedroom house to myself.
• In the mid-80's Carlton arrived.
• Since then I have had a whole room with bookcases, cupboards, closets, workspaces and an easy chair all to myself.
• In my new apartment I have a 40 inch by 24 inch chubby hole all to myself.

I think I'll get broadband internet. That will not take up much more space than dial up.

Speaking of which - we have to get a new phone number. 30 plus years ago, I moved my phone number from Arlington. Silly Peggy, I assumed I could move it back to Arlington. Nooo. Have to get new phone number. It seems that in the olden days real people could do things that computers can not do today. That would be progress.

Code Orange around here again. We started to see increased activity last week.
