Well, after 3 or 4 days of getting more and more depressed about moving - things are looking up today. I was packing up stuff from my kitchen and I realized - not only do I have a spacious 40 by 24 inch cubby hole to use as my office - but I also have the entire kitchen. It has cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling. No way I am going to store anything that I use on the top shelves. So, tada - instant attic.

Gotta learn to think like an apartment dweller again.

Got rid of Carlton's old 1950's records today. And the turn table. The guy across the street is a collector and seemed happy to take them off my hands. There were about 100. I converted 40 some to CD.
