only a few photos today. snorkeled as much as I could without risking sunburn.

Late this afternoon I was snorkeling around - a group was on the beach practicing for a Xmas concert. Funny to listen to Xmas songs while snorkeling.

Today's menu: Chicken and Carrots. I rubbed some chicken with mustard and mayo and pepper. Added some pineapple, a dried out tangerine, and carrots. Nuked 10 minutes. Also made some bean salad. Added a roll. And that was lunch. Dinner will be chicken and avocado salad. Cooking is always an adventure in our winter quarters.
