last sunday at the beach

Didn't do much today. Walked to Wal Mart.

Is anyone besides me under whelmed by the Olympics? As you all know - I don't consider any activity that involves sequined costumes a sport. Curling looks like a splendid activity to watch while getting stoned, but I am not sure that a contest that seems to take three men, a large rock, and several brooms is a sport. I always like the biathlon. Skiing and shooting. A sport custom designed for the Russian Army or a drug dealer from Aspen. Ski Jumping - can you imagine how much booze some guys had to have consumed when they thought up the idea of ski jumping?

The Menu: Lunch - Carlton had lunch at the Palace. Dinner - I have some turkey breast in the "freezer". Think I'll nuke it with some starfruit. I have some sour cream - depending on what happens with the starfruit - I may make a sauce with sour cream. Also, I'll nuke up a zucchini. And there is a little left over rice.
