At Kahalu`u Beach - 15feb06

I went on a snorkel trek today. It was cloudy and cold. But the fish pictures are fine. Didn't see any special fish - just the usual suspects. It was so cold that I only stayed out for an hour. It would have been a good day for a wetsuit.

The Menu: Lunch - Veggie sausages and carrots. And biscuits. Dinner - Chili with rice, avocado, sour cream. Maybe I should toss in a couple of tangerines. Today's menu seems a little short on nutrition.
