orangesprine surgeonfish

The Orangespine surgeonfish has been one of my favorite photo subjects this winter. All surgeonfish have sharp little bony spines near the tail. The surgeon knives are very much in evidence on the orangespine. But the ocean wasn't photo friendly today. So, I practiced my swimming.

Our friends from Iowa are leaving tonight. Our time here is coming to an end too - 9 or 10 more days.

The Menu: Lunch - Carlton eat at the palace. Dinner - Well, we had some nice cheese and crackers with our afternoon coffee. So, I think dinner will be ham and cheese sandwiches with pineapple and bananas.
