hula concert today - 19feb06

No snorkeling today. It is winter today. But, Carlton went surfing and I sat on the beach and watched whales (the marine mammal kind).

The Menu: Lunch - Ham and Cheese sandwiches. Dinner - I am going to nuke up some yellowfin tuna with star fruit. (Star fruit is free). Guess we'll have rice and maybe carrots. I have been using lots of carrots - because they come all ready to use. You can eat them raw. They nuke really good. And, unlike many veggies - they get shipped in from the west coast and survive the trip nicely.
