yellowstone bus ca 1931

From 1931 until shortly after World War II the yellow buses carried visitors all around Yellowstone National Park. After lunch today I walked out the back door and spied a familar shape parked at the curb.

Turns out this is the "new improved" Yellowstone bus. It was making a sales call at the Fish and Wildlife Service HQ.

Urban living - never know what you'll find when you step out "back". Actually soon we'll be finding construction out back. A 23 story Condo will be coming in. So, goodbye good view. But, hey - we're renters!
