Ugh - my sinuses are all messed up. About 15 years ago I had them "fixed". But, apparently sinuses can get unfixed. 15 years is better than average.
Boys and Girls. Here is a secret. Nobody tells you. Old age sucks. There is some sort of oath of silence that you must have to take. Its all happy talk. All these 70 + folks saying "I never felt better in my life" Bull! You must not have felt very good when you were 30 something, girlfriend! The best is not yet to come. It is not just the sinuses. I have simply passed my "best if used by" date.
Enough of this grumbling. Still keeping up with my daily walking program. Also swimming. I can send myself on a forced march. But, I don't send myself out on forced "swims". No way I am going to swim myself out to the 1/2 mile marker and then say "gee, now I have to swim back". There is no curb to sit on and rest in the ocean!
About this Iraq mess. Forget it. It is lost. Period. Get with alternatives to oil. "They" have the oil. We have the big ass oil habit. Sooner or later "they" will figure out that as long as we gotta have the oil - "they" have already won.
