xmas parade - 10dec2005

Some big wave watching today. And watched the Xmas parade. In the interest of litter prevention - I collected a big bag of candy. The favorite part of the parade are the lighted trucks - but I still haven't figured out how to take pictures of lighted trucks. Maybe I'll try again next year.

Today's menu: No cooking today - just hunter gathering. For lunch I bagged Spam Mitsubi and Chicken Katsu. This is a local delight with NO nutritional value. Spam Mitsubi is spam - the pork by product, rice and seaweed. Chicken Katsu - is sort of fried chicken with a little seaweed. You buy this at the supermarket. And take it with you for a little 900 calorie snack. Dinner is going to be avocado salad. With parade candy for dessert.
